Have you tried it? Does it really work to bring on contractions.
Because i was just curious last night and actually did it myself i dont know if its just coincidence or its really going on but when i was doing it i started getting strong contractions so i stopped. And this morning i woke up really crampy with my stomach getting hard. Currently 36w 5 days
