Can't poop!!!
Okay...I know this is awkward...but I'm 16 weeks pregnant and I started taking ranitidine for heartburn and it has made me so constipated I haven't pooped for a week and I'm so uncomfortable. What can I take to help relieve myself??!!!
Can pushing too hard harm my baby?
And..if I sit too long on the toilet, my left leg and foot go numb.
