Few symptoms at 6+4??

I'm 6wk 4d and I have very few symptoms. My doctor told me my levels are good and I had an ultrasound at 5wk and saw a yolk sac. Is this bad that I have few symptoms or normal? Sometimes I'm a little sick and turned off by food. My boobs are slightly sore but nothing drastic..

I am 6+5 and barely any symptoms.  Random boob pains....fatigue....tiny cramps.....and hungry every hour.  Glad I'm not the only one!

Honestly I don't think there is a normal. There's just a normal for you. I'm mostly tired and my boobs hurt and I'm also 6w4d.

I'm at 6+1 and the only symptom I have is fatigue. I guess moodiness, but it's hard to separate it from just everyday moods. I was worried that I wasn't feeling queasy but my mom didn't have bad morning sickness and it's supposed to be hereditary.

I haven't had my 1st ultrasound yet and TBH I am a little nervous. I'm hoping that I am just one of the "lucky ones" that does not get nauseous. 🙏

I'm a week behind you at 5w4d. My only symptom is fatigue. Cramps here and there. But that's it.
