Anybody else had weird feelings?

I haven't called my obgyn because the office is closed but last night I had random pain (very mild) in my left side a few inches down on my belly button, almost felt like something kept poking me or like there was a rod in my tummy. I've heard of round ligament pain so I thought maybe this was it but it's kinda scaring me. It wasn't consistent and it completely goes away if I lay down on my tummy/side  in a comfortable position. Anybody else experience this? I'm 15 weeks today.

I jolted out of my bed at 3am with a sling shot rubber band feeling on my left side/groin two nights ago. After calming down I realized it is most likely the "ligament" pain most women talk about. It is intermittent and random...and still going. It calms me down knowing that it's just my bump growing :).

That's definitely round ligament pain. The tell tale with that pain is that it is localized to one side. I called my doctor with it with my first pregnancy and she assured me that's what it was. Especially where you are at in your pregnancy, your muscles are starting to stretch and pull and it will be very uncomfortable sometimes.

Same thing has been happening to me too,exactly how you described. Im hoping its just RLP.. meeting my doctor tomorrow will let you know what she says.
