Annoyed....feeling helpless

My son is 6months old an I get no help from his dad all he does is buy diapers an wipes and clothes. He works 3rd shift so once he gets home he sleeps till 3clock in afternoon once he wakes up he won't make a bottle or change a diaper an when I say something about it he like I work you want me to take care of our son an work I can't do both but all he fucking does is sit on the couch an watch stupid show arrow an when are son Cries all he does is bitch about it he never plays with our son so my son don't know him that well an he will cry when he gets him. I'm sick an tired of not getting help an I don't know what to do bc I love him to death but I get no help at all!!😠
