Sperm donors.

Hello, I'm just going to get straight into this. I have endometriosis, a infertility disease. I have split with my partner and I am having an operation to treat my endo in the next few weeks. The plan was to try for a baby after. I am 21 and this disease I have, has spread rapidly in the last two years causing a whole multitude of problems. If it gets worse a hysterectomy will be on the cards. (Has been offered once already after I went through medically induced menopause at 19). So I was looking for advice for whether I should use a sperm donor? I want children, it's one of the only things I am sure I want in life. I miscarried when I was 17 and ever since then the desire to be a mother has gotten unbearable. I work full time usually (currently off due to severity of endo symptoms) I don't want to leave it until it's too late. The endometriosis has taken so many things from my life, I don't want it to take my chance of being a mother too. Any advice or help would be seriously appreciated. Xxx
