25 week appt, glucose test...

So I went yesterday to dr at 25+1. Baby is measuring a few weeks ahead and they are scheduling me for another ultrasound to get a view angles of his heart that they missed and to redo dating scan. I got the call this morning that I failed glucose test, it came back slightly elevated at 145. Has anyone else had something similar and been diagnosed with gest diabetes? Maybe that's why he is so big already..
