Be proud of that bump!
I'm 26+3 and lucky to be a teacher on summer break right now so I am still able to get my 5 mile walk in almost every day. I eat 95% very healthy with a few guilty pleasures thrown in and I have still already gained almost 20 lbs! Oh well! Doing what I can to be healthy for my little girl! I probably won't be able to keep this up once school starts back and I'm back to being exhausted every day.
What are you ladies doing to keep moving???? I am thinking of starting prenatal yoga especially once school starts back. Any other suggestions?
