Hate confrontation... job related

So I'm a caregiver. I went on care.com and found out my employer was looking for someone the days I work... so she's essentially trying to replace me. My question is should I bring it up and ask her what is going on ( it wasn't a good fit anyways) or should I just keep working for them until they replace me and I'll just look for more hours elsewhere will I'm working for them.
