Dog advice

I have an almost 2 year old lab. She is a sweet girl and she's good with the kids but she is so hyper and high maintenance. Lately I've been losing my shit because she's just being ridiculous. I'll try to put her outside to go pee but instead she just pees on my floor. Tonight we came home and she was in her kennel, I told her to go outside and she laid down in her kennel. So I just left it open so she would come out, she did but when I went for the door she ran back to her kennel, when I sternly told her to go outside she peed in her kennel. Same thing happened yesterday. I've tried training her but nothing is helping. I have two kids now and I'm pregnant and I know for a fact I won't be able to put up with her with a new baby. Any advice?
