Suffering a second loss

Went for my first u/s yesterday at 8w6d and I measured at 6w4d and no heartbeat was detected.  I will go for another u/s next week to confirm miscarriage or by some miracle that the pregnancy is progressing.  My OB doesn't think that it will progress.  They told me my options and to think about how I want to handle it if miscarriage is confirmed.  Either let my body handle it naturally or have a DNC.  Ladies how did you handle it,  what did you decide, how are you feeling with it?
