Implantation or period?

Hello! So I went off the pill in April and have had at least 3 consecutively consistent periods since then. We started trying to conceive this month during my ovulation week which was around the first to middle of the second week in July. My period was supposed to start this coming Sunday but I woke up bleeding this morning. It isn't super heavy but I feel like it may be too heavy to be implantation but I have no idea. Any helpful suggestions? Or am I just having an early period?
