Should I stop breastfeeding?

My daughter is 19W and I had to start supplementing about a month ago. I try to pump at least every four hours and take fenugreek pills and mothers milk teas. Doesn't do much. I'm so frustrated. What should I do?!

If you want to breast feed, you should consult a lactation consultant. That being said, don't feel guilty if you don't/can't breast feed. The most important thing is that your child gets fed.

Go see an IBCLC. They can help you up your supply and give pumping advice.

Pump every 2 hours. Or nurse your Baby. If I had only pumped - my milk supply wouldn't have been enough.... Ask a Lactation consultant what you could do.

any is better than none. My sons 7 weeks and I breast feed him during the day then top him up with formula. Somethings better than nothing
