Sex life is dry

So me and my bfs sex life has just turned shit. We don't have as much fun doing it as we did. We used to have sex all the time and it was great. We've been going through a stage were we just rush and do quickies. I was horny today and I hoped we were going to have a good time at doing it. But no we didn't even have foreplay and it hurt a bit cause I was out of the mood. I just want us to go back to how we were when we used to have sex I just want it to be fun again. Anyone have any ideas how to fix it? Or suggestions?
