Missing
I missed usually take my meds (BC pill included) at 8pm, I forgot last night and it's almost 1:30pm.
Do I still take the pill or toss this pill and take the next one at regular time?
Update: thank you to Rachel, I completely forgot about the paper that comes with the pills!
