Dont know what to do(acne problem)

I have a pimple right next to the corner of my lip. I tried putting stuff on it to reduce it before it got worse but its gotten worse. My lip feels swollen in that spot because there is so much pressure and its so sensitive to touch it but it feels like a ball. I have no idea what to do to get rid of it, its so painful.
