Clomid

I want to give clomid a try this month. I have urinary fibroid but not in wrong position and I also did HSG in march, found out my tubes were blocked with scar tissues. Been on serrapeptase and some chinese tea since then. There has been alot of positive changes in my cycle. Should I give clomid a try?
