Right boob has a sharp pain?

A little back story. I am 23, mother of a 2 year old named Quaid and I breast fed him for 22 months (until May). I had no issues with engorgement or lumps of any sort after discontinuing our breastfeeding journey. Sunday I started having a slight pain in my right breast, on the inside top. It's continued and I can feel it today every time I turn my sternum to the right, it's very sharp and sore. Is this related to my breastfeeding or is this a more serious issue I should get looked at? I'm not sure if I feel anything like a lump honestly, I have a 32F chest 🙈😂
