Kids with eczema

Does anyone have a child with eczema? My daughter is 1 years old and has it really bad to where it looks like she has red marks and open wounds all over her body. Her skin ais also extremely dry to where she has spots of white ash all over her body as well, that not even lotion can make go away. We've tried dove sensitive skin products, eucerin products, aveeno products, and hydrocortisone oitment prescribed by her doctor but nothing works for long. Its only a temporary relief for her skin. The sun eats her up and makes it worse so we don't take her out often or for long if we do. Does Anyone have any home remedies or something that will work better??
