Confused

No judging but I'm dating this guy that's way older than me. I'm 13 and he's 18. I love the guy but sometimes I want to break up with him. We've already broken up twice and gotten back together. I just don't know what to do at the moment because he's an amazing guy and I love him a ton. My parents don't know about him and I don't plan on telling them. I just really don't know what to do.
