I need help

So on the 26th I was cramping and thinking It's that time of the month but nothing on the 28th I spotted just a little barely..still cramping but no period so far I am not cramping anymore and there is no spotting as of now my period is late 4days now I took a pregnancy test on the 26th but it came out negative what do I do ???
