Safe cleaning products

Since my lo is almost 4 Mo. now she tries every way she can to get my hands in her mouth. I have been using dial antibacterial foaming hand soap but I'm worried she is going to get too much of the chemicals in her mouth. Is there an organic hand soap and cleaning products anyone can recommend that I won't worry so much if she accidentally gets my hands in her mouth? Also looking to switch all purpose cleaners for everyday use. Any suggestions are welcome
