Where to put nursery?

I have a 2nd floor 2bedroom apartment and FTM. I can't decide which room to put nursery in (rooms are identical in same part of apartment). I currently sleep in the room that's quiet (above the mom and dad). The other room is above a young girl who goes to bed late and I hear her sing and talks loud and it keeps me from going to sleep. I was going to put the nursery above her because she's loud anyways and I prefer to disturb her when baby cries, etc. and I'm not sure if baby will be disturbed by her noise. (It's loud enough to bother me but doubt it will wake a baby) On the other hand, I'm not sure if I should put nursery in the room that is completely quiet and for me to have to sleep in the other room annoyed and not sleeping due to noise from the neighbors noise. What do you think?
