Two pea size spots near cervical opening?

I'm 26 years old, been with my husband for 10 years- we are both each other's only sex partner and I recently had my yearly Pap smear 5 months ago and was diagnosed with "strep" strand from it, but otherwise all was okay. Around that time I remember feeling similar bumps. Almost like small pimples. Anyway, I am on CD 18. Not having any negative symptoms or pain, but was just evaluating cervix and cervical mucus. Should I be concerned or is it normal to have these bumps from time to time? It's freaking me out. I also have PCOS. We are actively TTC 20 months now. I take a lot of supplements.
