Help !! (Long pls read)

Okay so the other day I moved and heard a pop. No water no trickle no gush 😓 .. Just some back contractions . . Today I go to the dr (after me trying to reach them for two days) and the dr says she's gonna check to see if my water broke... But that she can't rule it out completely cause she doesn't have the rest at the office. She does an exam looks at my cervix tells me I'm good. That if it did break it'd be a constant leak blah blah. But I know that the baby's head can hold the water in cause that's what happened with my son. So as I'm walking out she says she found the test to test the fluid on the swab , so I'm waiting and she said the test came back positive but that she thinks it's a false positive because I lost my mucas plug and she thinks that's what's on there .. And she calls the midwife at the hospital and she tells her that as well. So instead of doing the test again she says "if you get a fever or leak go to the hospital" and sends me home. So what the fuck am I supposed to do ? Like what if the test is a true positive? What it my water has been broke ? I'm freaking out ! Also don't wanna go to the hospital and get sent home again. I swear I've been to LD once a week.
