Is anyone else still working full-time???

I'm 38+1 and I just can't bare working full time anymore. I feel like a big baby but I'm extremely exhausted and have a 7 year old at home that's busy. I don't sleep due to night time bathroom visits, and every position I lay in is soooo uncomfortable😒. This my last week working but my doctor will not sign off on my maternity leave. But I'm at the point I just can't take it anymore, my job is veryyyyyyy stressful and we working very short. I'm a hospice RN that travel from place to place and the driving just too much. If you're from Texas then you know what I am talking about lbvs, ppl drive like maniacs out here lol. Kudos to those who are working til their due date tho.☺️

39weeks today. Last Thursday was my last week in the office. This week just signing in remotely. I couldn't take sitting at my desk anymore. The drive was so uncomfortable, I could barely get close to my desk, and was constantly hungry. So much nicer working at home with a full fridge, my own bathroom, and my dog as my shadow!

I stopped this week I was to miserable boss wanted to me to work half days this weeks at least but I'm said no. It sucks having severed sciatic nerve and every time I stand up or walk I feel like he's going to fall out. Going to docs today hopefully I get good news was 70% and 2 1/2 cm last week.

I'm 39+5. Working until he decides to make his appearance. I've prayed a few times that he comes just so I don't have to go to work the next day. I work in an ER so some days are just terrible and I don't get to sit or barely have time to shovel food in my face between patients. Other days like today I'm sitting here with my feet up. You just never know and it makes it worse for me.

I'm due Tuesday and I have 2 days left after today. I wish I had asked to go a week earlier though.

39 weeks and still working. I wake up every day praying I'll go into labor so i don't have to go to work anymore. Some days I just feel like crying because I don't want to be there anymore.

39 weeks today and still going. I work in a hospital on my feet and cover 3 campuses when in call (once or twice a week) and I'm miserable and cannot wait for maternity leave just so I'm not on my feet so much. I just don't think I could stand being at home for up to 3 weeks before the baby is here, though. I'd go insane! (It would be nice to not work 8-16hrs after an awful night of sleep though 😩)  Everyone is different though. Good luck to you!
