No protection

My so and I are trying to avoid pregnancy and well I keep it safe by using condoms. How ever when ever I put it on I lose that good feeling of being in her to something "strangling my penis"(condom). They only come in one size and can't get a bigger size for that brand as there's no other brand that has those requirements for her sensitive skin. What can we do?
