Cleft advice

My wife and I just found out at our 20 week anatomy check up that out baby boy most likely has cleft lip/pallete(midline-center).  Any advice words of encouragement?  The surgeries and treatments these days are so amazing in what they can do...I'm not worried about the "correction"...curious as to some feedback on learning and treatment of speech out side of speech pathologist(which well use).  Regardless of lip/situation, stoked our little man is on his way.
