Need Advice *update*

Has anyone experienced methotrexate? Or even extreme bleeding? I had a miscarriage August 6 I've been bleeding this whole time. So over 2 weeks. Heavy at 1st then light. Even though my pregnancy was confirmed in my uterus my hcg levels wouldn't go down. They was floating in the 5000s. My obgyn recommend a D&C but because of my job I can't really take time off at a moments notice. This was Saturday. He wanted me to come in that day. Well instead he gave me the methotrexate shot. I started bleeding heavy yesterday. Well today I'm bleeding extremely heavy. To the point I had to go buy new underwear and more pads because I went through all of mine in a short amount of time. Yes I called my dr. Unfortunately he's on vacation and another dr (whom I've heard bad things about) basically said to wait a few hrs to see if my bleeding let's up and if it doesn't or gets worse then go to the er. I have never in my life bled so much. I literally had to throw my underwear away it was so bad. I really just need some advice. I really can't afford another er visit but if I have to I will.

*Update* by the time I got off work I was feeling weak and lightheaded. I went to the er. I ended up getting a D&C. It's amazing how I was bleeding through stuff even in the hospital on my gown and sheets and stuff to pretty much spotting after. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with it anymore. I feel like crap but relieved
