Honest company

Sorry for the long rant but....

I will never order from the honest company for many reasons. I signed up for the free trail my baby is not due yet but i was fine with the 6 dollars for now and i knew you had to cancel it within 7 days. Now here the catch not even 24 hrs later after ordering the trial my card was chard 85 dollars for the monthly diper bundle. I have talked with them every day and its still not resolved i was told that i would get 20% of my money back the the rest when i returned it and they would send shipping label to my email that day. All this bs and im still out 85 dollars that was supposed to go to a bill. Never again

Update so called again today and now they are saying that they never said they would give 20% of my money back and i still havnt got my return label to send it back to get my refund so i have called my bank and disputed the charge hopefully that will get them off their ass to help me
