Need advice on the "area" downstairs

Ok. Please no judgement.. but last night my boyfriend fisted me.. no pain or anything went good. But now today I have this pain right on the inside of my vaginal opening and this white substance on the outside of the vaginal wall and on my" majora labia" (I think ) my outer lips. Not puss but kinda like chunky milk not that nasty looking just the only thing I can think of a close description.. no smell or anything... any help???
