Pregnancy after major abdominal surgery

Last year I had major abdominal surgery where they removed my spleen, part of my liver and part of my diaphragm due to a calcified cyst.

I know my procedure was a rare one, but has anyone had experience getting pregnant without a spleen? I already get sick a lot easier and am trying to prep myself. Also I'm concerned about how my scar will do, I have an 8in horizontal scar across my abdomen.

I have received the all clear from my doctor to try to convince, and this will be my second pregnancy.
