premie baby

So this is my story my first baby was born at 25 weeks and of course I went through the whole premie process from the NICU, PICU, everything that need to be done in order for him to make it. Which he did he is 9 months now. But my thing is not their I was on birth control it really didn't work for me I gain weight, lost hair, and many things. So my husband was like forget it we will mange it on our own we count and use protection I was like ok which it been working great until last time I went to the doctor he gave me a whole speech I got worried so I decided to to get the morina, my husband didn't agree he said you will not know the side effect so let's just stay the way we are but of course I went the other way I got the morina!!! 🙁 and right after I got it,, just what I'm pregnant!! Which I should of listen to my husband but oh well it happen I sure learned my lesson now!! 

But my thing now is that I'm worried that my 1st baby is a premie, my first concern is that I'm not going to be able to give him the attention he needs, second if my 2nd baby will be a premie, if any body went throw the same thing before and can give me an idea on what to expect? Thank you
