Bathroom problem 12 weeks 4 days postpartum

I don't know if this is because of birth or not but every time I have to go #2 it hurts so much. It's like little pebbles glued together into one giant clump, hard as a rock and it hurts so bad. I have tried water and laxatives but nothing is doing the trick. I've torn my bottom over and over and I have been bleeding . Has anyone out there had this problem
