depo shot concern

I been on the depo shot for a little over 2 years. I want to go off the shot cause my main concern is being unable to conceive. I want to have a child with my partner but im affaid I won't be able to because of the depo. So wondering how many of you had troubles getting pregnant once off the shot? Were you able to have any children or did it just take time?
