6 weeks and no symptoms

I'm now on my sixth week and still have no symptoms. Boobs are a little sore but that is it. I'm worried because I miscarried in June and had symptoms then! I have been taking a pregnancy test everyday and finally requested blood work because I was going to go broke with the tests lol. HCG came back at 5400 and now I have an Ultrasouns Monday. I would kill to be nauseous right now! This no symptoms is freaking me out!
