For nipple pain.

Ok so like lots of pregnant women i get nipple pain but dont take pain meds for it. But i found little gel ball packs for children and infant swelling at dollar tree. They have lost of shapes but i got 2 of the strawberry shaped ones and stuck them in the freezer, and put a paper towel between it and me and it has worked wonders!!! They fit in a bra or just a cami and cover just enough area. You can also put them in boiling water for about a min and use them as warm packs!! I love them and they were just 2$ for the two and have many other uses.
