Where do you feed/change your newborn in the middle of the night?

For those of you who are sleeping with your newborn in your room at night, where do you change and feed them?  If you feed/change in your room do you turn the light on?

I change/fed her on the bed. I just use the light from the tv. They say not to stimulate to much so they go back to sleep easily. Has worked with mine. She's never had her nights and days mixed up. 12 weeks old and sleeps 8-10 hours straight.

I change her on my bed; I co sleep; most of the time. Please don't judge me I did my research and my partner and I agreed to co sleep. Anyway lol yea on the bed I use my iPhone light or my tv light. And I change her quick and then feed her and she goes right to sleep.

We have a tap light I turn on its very dim. He sleeps next to me and I tap the light and feed him in bed with a throw pillow. I lay a small blanket down and change him on the bed  before feeding. When he is done I burp him and set him back in bassinet. I never leave the bed.

I change him in his room on the changing table with a very dim light on. I take him back to my bed and nurse him laying down.

My husband and I feed her in the living room or her bedroom cause both places have a chair that rocks and we change her in her room. The reason for that is so that who ever gets up with her can let the other sleep unless they are needed. In my opinion it is all about personal preference. Best wishes.

I fed her in our bed didn't put any real lights on. And I learned fast that I really didn't need to change her at night unless she was very wet or pooped. Changing her woke her up more then a wet diaper. But if i did I did in in bed no light unless it was poop then I took her to the changing table.

I brought the changing table in our room when my daughter slept in the pack n play in my room for the first couple of weeks. It was light and easy to move. I just used a night light or my phone light for changes.

We were changing them on the bed until last night when they both peed during diaper changes and we had to change our sheets and comforter in the middle of the night. Now I'm insisting on using the changing table 😷

I co-sleep and I change and feed him on the bed. We have a dim nightlight by the bed and it doesn't bug any of us at all. He falls back to sleep right after he's done eating.
