Am I the only one super tired from this weather change
I'm usually super active in the morning and all through the day, but since summer is obviously over and here comes fall, I've been attached to my bed. I've tried eating healthier, working out, going on a set schedule, but nothing has changed! I can sleep all day if I let my body do so. If I'm studying I fall asleep and wake up like wtf just happened lol. Like an old person 😩! I get work done but don't have me close to a bed or a chair lol I'm suffering cause I love to be active! N no I'm not pregnant I just got off my period Saturday. If anybody is feeling this way, what do you do?
