Passing out!!

Yesterday me and my son and sister in law was in Freds n I had told her I wasn't feeling good well she is pregnant and she couldnt do much but call 911 n she did and some other ppl came to help out while she had my son and im laying there like I'm so embarrassed about it. And then first responder came n the police came n finally the ambulance came. We still don't know what's causing me passing out. I'm not pregnant idk if it has anything to do with my heart my sugar but I was told I need to go to a neurologist but I have no money n no Medicade so they couldn't diagnose me with anything of course they not gonna do that anyway n the er did text and said everything looked ok said I was dehydrated. Everytime I pass out I get dehydrated. So anybody having the same problem.
