Weird white things

Okay ladies, do you ever find yourself really itchy down there? Because whenever I do, I go into the bathroom, grab a mirror, and sit on the toilet to look and see what is bothering me. I usually see these little white things that are moving around and such...anyone know what I'm talk about? Or have any idea what it could be? It usually happens between periods, if I've worn too many pads, or right after sex.
