Losing your virginity?

So I lost my virginty to my boyfriend about 12 or so days ago. My period is 6 days late and I'm usually irregular but it always comes earlier than scheduled rather than later. I've heard things that after having sex for the first time it messes with you're hormones/ other internal things because the vagina isn't used to getting penetrated Is this actually a real thing? Please help!

After my first time my period was almost a week late and I have had the most regular period. Was a little off a panic once it was late. Stressing about it can cause it to come late too

Where you on your fertile week/ovulating?

I've personally never heard of sex even for a first time, pushing someone's period back unless they're stressing.

I was also late after my first time, and was not pregnant. I've never been so scared in my life, so just relax and remember that it's normal. It's okay to talk to your boyfriend about your anxiety too! No need to suffer alone. ❤️❤️
