pregnancy signs before missed periods?

My bf and I had unprotected sex during my fertile days, he pulled out everytime but I know there is still possibility of pregnancy. I have a week before my next period, I been feeling weird my nipples have been itchy this morning I've been constantly peeing , sooooo thirsty&  sooo hungry , I ate dinner late last night like 9 and two hours later I felt like I hadn't even ate anything so I ate a sausage link , 10 -15 min later I felt like I didn't even eat anything , but I just went to bed. I've also had lightening crotch , shooting pains in my vagina hole lol sounds gross. Also had headache , some sliiiight food adversion just a little bit, something I eat everyday taste a little weird to me. Also have some cravings , could this just be pms symptoms ?   Can anyone help me out? I don't really want to over think .
