My recent ex.

Ladies...so my ex said he loved me more than anyone he's ever loved and he said i was the best girlfriend he ever had..and then i broke it off because it was a toxic relationship but i feel so sick to my stomach breaking it off because i knew he loved me...but now I'm questioning it because its been a week and he already moved on to another girl and completely cut me off...im struggling with depression and i need help with things to do to keep myself going. I'm so upset and lost and depressed. He didnt love me did he??
