Hey ladies! Particularly ladies who have already been through labor and delivery at least once. ☺

What were some things your partners did during labor to help you cope with the pain and to just help you through the process in general? I'm trying to make a little cheat sheet for my husband so he has some kind of idea of how to help me when I get to the point of maybe not being able to speak easily.

Things like massages and putting cold rags on my head and neck. But I'm a FTM so I myself need some suggestions! Lol. What helped you ladies get through labor?

I'll be laboring at home for a while before going to our birth center, so I'm open to any ideas.😊
