Bad confined moms?

Hi ladies. I am in hospital for 5 days now and I am at total bed rest (25w today 70%effaced and 2 cm dilated ). The bed rest starts to take its toll and me. I have non stop headache, neckache, backache. Any tips what I can do to relieve the pain a bit? I'm not allowed to walk only to the washroom and back. Some days I'm not even allowed to have a shower...

How did you guys manage the pain? I am on so many drugs already I don't want to add painkillers too.
