pregnant army wife

My husband left for army almost a month ago. I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I think my depression is coming back from my first pregnancy.. I'm completely overwhelmed cause I'm handling the household while he's gone and I feel like I can't do it cause everything is too much even though I cut down... I just quit my job because it was too much working in a daycare as well.. and the baby has a heartbeat but they're still a little worried. I've miscarried before and I don't want it happening again. I just have bad morning sickness. And my boobs hurt and I'm overwhelmed and this is like dejavu cause during my last pregnancy my daughters father wasn't around. My now husband and father of the baby I'm carrying has a legit reason why he's gone but he's still gone. I'm just overwhelmed. Completely. I just wanna leave and numb it all. I feel so stuck. He comes home in December for 10 days but I just can't deal y'all. Any other army wives that can help or anyone in general? 😔😔😔😔😔😭😭😭😭😭
