Is it safe to not use a condom if I have an IUD???

Well I just got an IUD about a week ago and to be honest condoms are really annoying. So is it safe to have sex with my SO and not use a condom???

In terms of birth control? Yes. But not std safe. If you are hoping to lose the condoms, then you both need to be std tested first

That birth control is a high effecting one! I can remember my doctor telling me it was okay to have unprotected sex right away but just in case I would look it up on google but honestly I think you guys should be fine!
