Relationship rant

Okay so I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant with our baby girl, and just so far I just wanted to rant about how stressful my life feels rn. Well for one I'm a young mother, but my boyfriend is 21 I mean he's still really young but I'm a little younger I'm 17. But the problem is that he doesn't trust me and never has. Like literally at all. And the most sad part is its that I haven't ever cheated on him in any way. Next month will be our 1 year and this past year has been the most hardest and emotional year of my life. Now, I know most people are going to be like oh just leave him and stuff but yall just don't understand, I love him, I'm having his baby, our first baby, I don't want to lose our little family cause he has trust issues. Like I have a job I'm trying to get a car so we can move into our own place and he doesn't even have a job yet but I'm the one that isn't serious about us, like I have so many feelings going on rn that I really just needed some advice.
