irregular period
I take two birth control packs in a row to minimize my periods because they are painful. So I get a period every other month, average cycle is 54 days.
Over the last few cycles, my periods have been extremely light, short and always start with brown. The period I am supposed to be having now has been nothing but a light brown discharge , but I have all my regular symptoms(headache backs aches cramps) like my body is trying.
I also have lost 20ls (I am at 150, which I don't consider that a low body weight) this year and increased exercise and new healthy lifestyle. Could once a once regular period be affected by the changes I have made this year?
